Transwestern welcomes your firm to the Timberlands.  It is our desire to offer the highest quality services to our tenants and maintain all avenues of communication to insure that these services are rendered to meet your needs and expectations.

We hope that this Tenant Handbook provides you with the basic guidelines you need to make your occupancy within our complex as comfortable as possible.

This Tenant Handbook is intended for informational use only.  Your lease controls the terms and conditions, rules and regulations of your occupancy.  In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms of your lease and the contents of this booklet, the lease will prevail.

Our Property Management Team consists of a Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager , on-site Maintenance Technicians, and Day Porters.  Our team is supported by a wide variety of corporate staff and an expert group of contracted service partners who will help to meet your service needs.
